Every job we do is a mobile job. The van carries the glass, the adhesive, the tools and its own power, so the vehicle never has to leave your driveway, your yard or your site.
- No travel charge anywhere inside our normal service area
- Home, office parking lot, construction site or fleet yard: all routine
- No power outlet needed; the van runs everything it brings
What customers say about our team
FleetFix Glass is run by the team behind HV Auto Glass Denver. FleetFix is newer and is still building its own review profile, so these are HV Auto Glass Denver’s Google reviews.
Individual reviews are on HV Auto Glass Denver’s Google listing, where you can read them in full and see who wrote them.
Mobile is the default, not the upgrade
Plenty of glass companies offer mobile service as a paid extra on top of a shop-based business. We built the other way around: the vans are the operation, and they are stocked and equipped on that basis. There is no travel surcharge inside our service area because there is no shop appointment to compare it against.
Practically, that means you do not lose half a day. The windshield gets replaced while your van is parked at the job, while your car sits outside your office, or while the tractor waits at the terminal between loads.
Where we work
Residential driveways and street parking, apartment and condominium parking lots, office and business park lots, construction sites, fleet yards and depots, truck terminals and drop yards, dealership and rental lots, agricultural yards and equipment pads. If a vehicle can be parked there safely and legally, we can usually work on it there.
The exceptions are worth being direct about. We will not work on a live traffic shoulder or in a lane, because it is not safe for anyone. Tight underground parking lots with low clearance can be a problem for setting large glass. And we cannot fit on a steep slope. The vehicle needs to be reasonably level for the glass to seat correctly while the adhesive sets.
What we need from you
- Level ground and roughly a car's width of clear space around the front of the vehicle.
- Access to the keys, or someone who can move the vehicle if it needs repositioning.
- Nothing else. No power outlet, no water, no cover, no bay. The van carries its own generator, vacuum, adhesive warmer and lighting.
You do not need to be present for the whole appointment on most jobs, provided we can access the vehicle and reach you by phone. Plenty of our residential work happens while people are indoors working.
Weather, and being straight about it
Urethane adhesive cures within a temperature and humidity range, and Colorado spends a good part of the year outside the comfortable end of it. We carry cold-weather-rated adhesive and portable shelter, and the great majority of winter appointments go ahead exactly as booked.
What we will not do is fit glass in conditions where the bond cannot form properly: heavy driving snow, rain onto an open pinch weld, or temperatures below what the product is rated for. In that situation we will tell you on the day and rebook instead of handing back a vehicle with a windshield that is not structurally bonded. It is inconvenient once; the alternative is a safety problem you cannot see.
Plan for the cure as well as the fitting. The appointment is 45 to 90 minutes depending on the vehicle, but the windshield is not at full strength the moment the technician steps back. Ask for your safe drive-away time and build it into the day, particularly in winter, when it is longer.
Multiple vehicles in one visit
The economics of mobile work strongly favor doing several vehicles at once, and that is what fleet service days are for. If you have more than a couple of units needing glass, grouping them into one visit is cheaper for you and more efficient for us, and we will price it accordingly.

One visit, the whole yard
A truck waiting on glass is a truck not earning. That's the problem we're built around: instead of sending vehicles to a shop one at a time, we bring the glass and the technicians to your yard and work through the list in a single visit.
For a fleet manager that means one scheduled window instead of a week of individual appointments, one consolidated invoice instead of a pile of receipts, and documented service records for every unit we touch.
For everyone else it means the same thing on a smaller scale. We fix the windshield in your driveway or your office parking lot while you get on with your day.
Frequently asked questions
Is mobile service really free?
Inside our normal service area, yes. There is no separate travel or call-out charge, and the price we quote for the glass is the price you pay. Outside that area we will quote the trip openly instead of hiding it, or tell you if someone closer to you makes better sense.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Usually not. As long as the technician can access the vehicle and reach you by phone, you can carry on with your day. We will call before arriving and again when the job is finished, and the invoice and safe drive-away time come through the same way.
Can you work in an apartment or underground parking lot?
Surface parking lots are no problem at all. Underground and multi-level parking garages depend on clearance and ventilation. There is often not enough headroom to maneuver a large windshield safely. Tell us the situation when you book and we will either confirm it works or suggest moving the vehicle to street level for the appointment.
What happens if the weather turns on the day?
We call you. If the conditions will stop the adhesive curing properly we rebook instead of fitting anyway. A windshield that has not bonded correctly is a structural problem, not a cosmetic one. For chip repairs the bar is lower than for a bonded replacement, since the resin cures under UV light instead of depending on ambient conditions, though we still will not fill a break that is wet or frozen, because the resin cannot bond to it.
How far do you travel?
Greeley in the north to Castle Rock in the south, and across the metro from Golden through to Aurora, plus everything between, including Boulder, Longmont, Parker, Broomfield, Thornton, Arvada, Westminster, Lakewood, Littleton, Centennial and Commerce City. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask.
