Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of quote.fleetfixglass.com and any quote you request through it. Our main website at fleetfixglass.com is operated separately under its own terms.

Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by FleetFix Glass, 1440 Sheridan Boulevard, Denver, CO 80214, telephone (720) 605-0727. In these terms "we" and "us" mean FleetFix Glass, and "you" means the person or business requesting work.
What this site is
It is a quote request tool. Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not book an appointment, it does not create a contract, and nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. A job exists once we have quoted you a price for identified work and you have accepted it.
Quotes and pricing
Any price ranges shown on this site are general guidance to help you budget. They are not quotes, and they will not always hold for your vehicle.
A quote we give you is based on the information you provide, particularly the year, make, model and VIN. Vehicles of the same model year can take substantially different windshields depending on options such as rain sensors, heating elements, acoustic interlayers, heads-up displays and camera brackets. If the vehicle turns out to differ from what was described, or if the technician finds damage that could not be seen when quoting, such as corrosion on the pinch weld, a previous installation done badly or a failed seal, we will tell you before continuing and give you a revised price. We will not do extra chargeable work without telling you first.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Glass prices move, and after 30 days we may need to requote.
Scheduling and mobile service
We give arrival windows rather than exact times, because traffic, weather and the job before yours all affect the day. We will contact you if the window changes.
For us to work on your vehicle at your location, it needs to be on reasonably level ground with clear space to work at the front, and we need access to it. We cannot work on a live traffic lane or shoulder, on a steep slope, or in a space without room to maneuver the glass safely.
We may postpone work where weather would prevent the adhesive curing correctly: heavy snow, rain onto an exposed bonding surface, or temperatures below the adhesive's rated range. This is a safety decision and it is ours to make. We will rebook at the earliest workable time and you will not be charged for the postponement.
Safe drive-away time
A bonded windshield is a structural component of your vehicle. It contributes to roof strength in a rollover and it backs the passenger airbag. The urethane adhesive must reach a minimum strength before the vehicle is safe to drive, and how long that takes depends on the adhesive, the temperature and the humidity.
Your technician will give you a specific safe drive-away time and you must observe it. If you drive the vehicle before that time, you do so against our express instruction, and we accept no responsibility for the consequences, including the glass moving, the bond failing, or the windshield not performing as intended in a collision.
Driver assistance systems
Where a vehicle has a camera or sensor mounted to the windshield, replacing the glass requires that system to be recalibrated. We will tell you when your vehicle needs this and include it in the quote.
If you decline recalibration, or ask us to fit glass and have calibration done elsewhere, the vehicle's driver assistance systems may not function correctly and we cannot be responsible for their behavior. Some vehicles cannot be calibrated if they have unrelated faults such as pre-existing suspension damage, incorrect tire sizes or a fault elsewhere in the system. Where that happens we will tell you what needs fixing first.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. If an installation we carried out leaks, whistles, or the seal fails, tell us and we will put it right at no charge.
The warranty covers our work. It does not cover:
- New impact damage. A fresh rock chip is a new event, not a defect.
- Defects in the glass itself, which are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; we will help you pursue that.
- Damage from a collision, vandalism, theft, fire, hail or other external causes.
- Problems caused by driving before the safe drive-away time.
- Rust or corrosion on the bonding flange that existed before we worked on the vehicle, where we told you about it at the time.
- Work subsequently interfered with by someone else.
The warranty is to you as the vehicle's owner and does not transfer on sale.
Insurance claims
Where you ask us to, we will file and manage a glass claim with your carrier and bill them directly. Please understand what we can and cannot control:
- Coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy, not by us. Anything we say about likely coverage is our experience, not a guarantee.
- If your carrier declines the claim, or pays less than the invoiced amount, you remain responsible for the balance.
- Deductibles are payable by you unless your policy waives them.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the policy information you give us.
Payment
Unless you hold an approved account with us, payment is due on completion. Approved commercial accounts may be invoiced against a purchase order on net-30 terms; approval, credit limits and terms are at our discretion and may be withdrawn. Overdue accounts may be suspended and we may recover reasonable costs of collection.
Cancellation
Tell us as early as you can. There is no charge for cancelling with reasonable notice. Where glass has been specially ordered for your vehicle and cannot be returned to the supplier, we may charge the cost of that glass. Where a technician has traveled to a booked appointment and cannot carry out the work because the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible or not as described, we may charge a call-out fee. We will always tell you before charging either.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information about the vehicle and your insurance, make sure you are entitled to authorize work on the vehicle, remove valuables and personal items from the front of the vehicle before the appointment, and observe the safe drive-away time.
Limits on our liability
We are liable for damage we actually cause through our own negligence in carrying out the work. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, lost revenue, vehicle downtime, missed loads, hire vehicle costs or business interruption. Our total liability in connection with a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, and where that applies to you these limits apply only so far as that state permits.

Descriptions, prices and vehicle information on this site are provided in good faith and may contain errors or become out of date. Photographs are illustrative. Nothing here is technical, legal or insurance advice for your specific situation. Ask us about your vehicle rather than relying on a general page.

Acceptable use
Please do not submit false information, use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or scrape it by automated means. We may refuse service and block access where any of this happens.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the state and federal courts sitting in Denver County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your job is the version published when you accepted the quote.
